The Feast of the Ascension of Jesus Christ Eucharist

The Feast of the Ascension of Jesus Christ Also called Ascension Day, this special day in the life of the church commemorates the Ascension of Jesus into Heaven. According to the Acts of the Apostles, the ascension of Jesus took place 40 days after His resurrection. The Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed both confess that Christ ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father. Please join us Thursday, May 13th at noon at our outdoor chapel for a celebration of the Eucharist with a sermon to commemorate the day.
